His career features significant achievements and accolades, including being named IBM Channel Rep of the Year in 1992, Lotus Development Channel Rookie of the Year in 1997, and the prestigious Lotus Superhuman award in 1998. He has also been a multiple-time member of the IBM 100% Club (1999, 2004, 2007, 2013, 2014), highlighting his consistent performance. In 2019, he was elected Nutanix Sales Class President.

He has a robust educational foundation, earning a degree in Accounting and Marketing from Dana College. This is further enhanced by an Executive MBA from IBM, showcasing his dedication to continual learning and development.

Apart from his corporate endeavors, he is deeply committed to community service. His involvement in youth Sunday School exemplifies his dedication to the younger generation’s nurturing. His teaching extends beyond religious education, as he has also invested time in coaching youth sports like baseball, football, basketball, and Lacrosse, demonstrating his belief in the transformative power of mentorship and community engagement.
